What will happen if i plug 220V supply to 13V electric vehicle without charger or adopter?

Today morning, I plug-in directly 220V supply from my home to a my Electric bicycle without the charger in it. Later, people told me, it trip off the entire supply and its a miracle that I escaped without getting any electric shock or explosion happened. I don't know what is the true and what is not. Any Electrical peoples help me to understand this problem.

You made a big mistake and you are lucky to be unharmed.
We try to design power systems to protect 'the idiot who does something dumb'
and in this case it worked. With things that dumb, it doesn't always work out that way.
That "it trip the entire supply" is probably what saved you,
and maybe the bicycle too, if it tripped quick enough,
though you might have fried the electronics in it anyway.

The dumb things you did wrong:
1. You connected an A.C. line to a D.C. application.
2. You connected 220V to a 13V. application.

Had that breaker not tripped and turned off the power ,the bicycle battery
would likely have exploded.
With 'line' electrical power If you don't know what you're doing,
then ****DON'T DO IT ! ****
