The battery in my electric scooter ran down and now it can barely hold a charge How can I get the battery back?
I want the battery back to fully charged so I can ride around more. How can I recharge its life back.
Check your battery water level usually under a plastic cover on top of the battery. if its low fill it with water till it's to the bottom of the inspection hole tube. Then throw a charge to it overnight and it should hold it's charge better. when the water level is full you can also do a battery acid test which will tell you if the battery itself will hold a charge. tester should cost no more than $5-10.and a good battery usually acid level is between .0175 and .025
