Can I drive an electric scooter without a license?
I am 13 and my parents might get me a electric scooter. I was looking at the xb-700li scooter that goes 20mp. Would i be able to ride this on the highway under this law: http://www.x-tremescooters.com/techdocs/adobe/e-bicycle-fed-regulation.pdf ?
I live in Texas.
